Marnie Klar is a Bistro Award Winner for her Tribute Show, MARNIE KLAR SINGS BOBBIE GENTRY and is a three-time MAC Award nominated Vocalist.

She has been featured as a runway model in New York City and Washington, D.C. for such designers as Max Mara and Fernando Sanchez, and more. She has also been a featured bride for Tiffany & Co and has appeared in print layouts for such magazines as Seventeen, YM, and Self.
In October of 2024, Marnie made her debut at the 35th Cabaret Convention at Jazz at Lincoln Center (Rose Hall).

Also in 2024, Marnie headlined for the da Vinci Gala benefitting the East Lynne Theatre Company and the Cape May Point Science Center (Cape May, NJ). In 2023, Marnie was the headline for the Actors' Temple Gala (NYC).

Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, Marnie has a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami, FL, where she performed in INTO THE WOODS {Cinderella}, AND THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND, TARTUFFE {Elmire}, PIECE OF MY HEART {Mary Jo}, and MAME, directed by the legendary Jerry Herman.

Regional Theatre credits include THREE TALL WOMEN {B}, WILD OATES {Jane}, A LIE OF THE MIND {Lorraine} at Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati; ONCE UPON A MATTRESS {Lady Larkin} and THE WIZARD OF OZ {Glinda} with The Hurrah Players, in Norfolk, VA.

​Marnie is a recurring performer with Vocal Ease, a nonprofit organization that provides entertainment for NYC's senior citizens; and she is a member of The 9th Floor, a Playwrights + Actors Collaborative in New York City.
